NEW ORLEANS --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs improved to 4-3 on the season with a 74-63 win over the Delgado Community College Lady Dolphins here Monday night.
Holmes will travel to Moorhead on Thursday to play Mississippi Delta at 5:30 p.m.
Holmes led 38-30 at halftime and then outscored Delgado, 36-33, in the second half to preserve the win.
Nevaeh Craft led the Lady Bulldogs with 16 points while Bella Roberts had 15 and Kiara Shelly had 10. Amanda Walker and Craft each had eight rebounds.
