HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Baseball Coach Marcus Clapp on how to bounce back heading into the weekend:
"We are going to take tomorrow off, and guys are trying to do too much," Clapp said. "We are not clicking right now. We had a few games where I thought we were clicking. Yesterday was the same thing. We have scored three runs in the last 21 innings. For some reason, suddenly we are doing something different and not sticking with our approach. That's where we are at right now."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will stay home and will host NJCAA DI Indian Hills Community College in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday at Norfolk Veterans Memorial Baseball Field in Norfolk.
