The CCC women's basketball team played its opening games of the 2024-25 season at the Highland Classic, hosted by Highland (Kan,) Community College. A recap of each game is below. The women's basketball team is back in action on Nov. 5 at the Raider Fieldhouse when it hosts Iowa Western Community College.

Game 1 vs. Highland Community College

The Raiders were bested by Highland 81-35 in their first game. CCC struggled getting offensive rebounds, making it difficult to keep extended possessions. The Raiders were led by Lexi Fiscus with 11 points and 8 rebounds, both team highs.

Game 2 vs. Johnson County Community College

The Raiders were beaten by Johnson County 69-28. CCC struggled shooting the ball, going 2-30 from three-point range. The Raiders were led by Ajae McKimmey with 11 points and Fiscus with a team-high nine rebounds.
