On Tuesday November 19th, the Bristol Bayhawks hosted the Community College of Rhode Island Knights. Bristol controlled the game, leading from start to finish. The Bayhawks led 49-31 at halftime on their way to a 101-74 final score. Bristol improves to a 5-1 overall record and 4-1 in conference.
Bristol was led by the Sophomore backcourt of Darien Gibson (New Bedford MA) 22 points and Curran Farnworth (New Bedford MA) 21 points. The Bayhawks had twelve players score in the game with five players in double digits. Tyrone Countrymon (Dorchester MA) had 15 points, Emmanuel Ugwuakai (Attleboro MA) 12 points and Jason Andrews added 10 points (Seekonk MA).
The Bayhawks will travel to play Quinsigamond Community College on Saturday, November 23rd at 2pm and will return home to host UConn Avery Point on Tuesday, November 26th for a 7pm game.
