Cowboys Fall on the Road in Altus to Western OK State College

Altus, OK- Off a solid effort Monday Night against Eastern Oklahoma State College, the Connors State Cowboys hit the road to begin the second half of Oklahoma Collegiate Athlwtic Conference play and got a different result, losing 82-61 to Western Oklahoma State College inside Pioneer Gym. 

The Cowboys (18-3, 7-2 OCAC) were only down 11 at the half to the Pioneers, 32-21. The Cowboys were lead in scoring by Aric Walls who had 14 points. Edwin Daniel and Kevin Stubblefield Jr followed him with 10 points. Ethan Dietz had 9. Jeremiah Johnsonn was held to 7 points.

The Cowboys are back home Thursday at 7:30 p.m. against Seminole State College. Daniel had 23 points when Connors beat Seminole in Seminole, Oklahoma a couple weeks ago by the score of 67-55.
