The Trojans handled McPherson JV 92-35

COLBY, Kan. - Colby Community College defeated McPherson College JV 92-35 on Tuesday, November 12th. The Trojan women's basketball team got off to an energetic start to the game tonight and never looked back. The constant defensive intensity and activity forced the visitors into several turnovers and missed shots, which resulted in transition opportunities for the Trojans. With a relentless defensive effort and dominating board play, the Trojans rolled to a lopsided win.  

With all Trojans getting in on the act, the depth proved too much for the visitors.  Once again, Coach Spence is developing depth and moving the "WE DO" program forward one day at a time.  

"It's great to see the hard work our players are putting in daily pay off in game competition.  As we develop our depth, we have a chance to put all the ou des in place to create this years puzzle.   We have an energetic group who are working hard to improve on our standard.  The sky is the limit for this years team. " stated Coach Spence.  

The Trojans return to action with two more non-conference games ahead. On Saturday, November 16, the Trojans travel to Hesston College for a 2:00 game, before returning home on Monday, November 18, as we host Lamar CC at 6:00.
