Wolverines Win Two Straight

Newark, NJ - The Essex County College Men's Basketball team won 71-63 at College County of Morris on Tues. Jan. 21st.  Essex led comfortable through some efficient offense and solid defense throughout most of the game, led by Johnathan Quiles II with 21 points and Jaidan Gilzene with 17 points. The home team would attempt to pull the game close, only to be pegged back by the visitors time and time again. Essex would go on to shoot 40.6% from the field for the game, limiting turnovers themselves and using it as a catalyst to win the game.

Gilzene and Quiles II would also chip in with 14 and 10 rebounds, marking another double/double for the pair.

The Wolverines (5-14) next host Sullivan County Community College Sat. Jan. 25th at 1pm, in the Cleo Hill Gym.
