
The Fulton Montgomery women's basketball team traveled to Corning Community College on Sunday afternoon for a Region 3 match-up. After several games against nationally ranked opponents to open the season, the Lady Raiders bounced back to open Region 3 play with a victory.
They defeated Corning, 64-47 and had a balanced offensive attack. Quincy Lake led with 19 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Angelina Deitz followed with 17 points, 4 assists and 2 steals.
The Lady Raiders will be back in action on Wednesday night as they take on Mohawk Valley Community College on the road. The game is slated for 5:30 p.m.
