On Tuesday October 29th, the Bristol Bayhawks Men's Soccer team traveled to Lincon RI for a Region XXI Tournament Quarterfinal game versus the Community College of Rhode Island. After a tie in both regulation and overtime with a 2-2 score, the game ended up in penalty kicks. The teams were tied 2-2 again after five penalty kick tries from each team. The Knights eventually prevailed on the sixth attempt, winning the match with a 3-2 final score. CCRI will move on to the Semifinal game versus Northern Essex on Friday November 1^st.

 

Bristol will now sendoff only one Sophomore, Captain Jason Riz (New Bedford MA). The Bayhawks have an impressive group of freshmen which include, leading scorer Lens Boursiquot (Fall River MA), Kevin Herrera (New Bedford MA) and Captain Claudio Ramos (New Bedford MA).
