Potomac State puts up strong fight against Cecil

The WVU Potomac State College Catamounts put up a strong fight but ultimately fell short in a high-scoring contest against Cecil College, losing 97-88. The Catamounts held a 46-41 lead at halftime, but Cecil's explosive second-half performance (56 points) proved too much to overcome.

Potomac State controlled the first half, executing efficiently on offense and taking a five-point lead into the break. However, Cecil College found their rhythm in the second half, shooting at a high percentage. Despite Potomac State's continued offensive effort, Cecil's attack led them to the 97-88 victory.
