Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Jersey Blues crept past the Camden County College Cougars in their 14-13 conference match up at MacLaughlin Field.
Sophomore catcher Shane Andrus batted 4-for-5 including two doubles for four massive RBI's. Freshman right fielder Casey Gardiner bombed a two RBI homer and freshman shortstop Justin Lopez pounded a two RBI double in the tight win. Freshman RHP Dylan Swanson (2-0) won on the hill with three strikeouts in one inning and sophomore Tyler Spencer grabbed his second save on the season.
Brookdale (11-0) will continue their Camden series on Wednesday, March 12th at 3:30pm.
