The Bears' offense was on fire, tallying 15 hits in the opener. J'kaia' Graves, Katie Hofmann, and Ava Kupczyk all delivered key RBIs, with Harli Noriega and Kupczyk blasting home runs. Hofmann led the way with three hits and two RBIs, while Hannah Hill, Noriega, and Graves each contributed extra-base hits.

On the mound, Yasmine Bernal (2-2) went the distance, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out five.

The Bears kept the momentum going in Game 2, scoring six runs on eight hits. Harli Noriega (2 RBIs), Sofia Herrera, Kassidy Juarez, and Tavi Polk (2 RBIs) powered the offense.

Pitching was a key factor, with Maddison Peter (4-0) earning the win, throwing five strong innings while allowing just two earned runs. Sydnee Taylor (Save, 1) closed the game with a dominant two-inning relief appearance, striking out four without allowing a hit.

With the doubleheader sweep, Phoenix College continues to assert itself as a force in ACCAC play!
